Business Mentoring Program in Warren County

After great success in the first few months, the Warren County Youth Mentoring Program is opening sessions. This program pairs teenagers with business owners. Young people learn how to run a successful business. This program was created to help at-risk youth through Warren County Probation, Workforce Development and Big Brothers Big Sisters.

A generous donation to the Albany High Robotics team

The Albany High School robotics team received a check for $7,500. The funding comes from the Gene Haas Foundation, which donates millions of dollars annually to manufacturing education programs. Albany’s current robotics team is the largest team to date, with 50 members.

Saratoga Springs bakeries host pop-up markets

A bakery in Saratoga Springs is hosting its second pop-up market. Lady Lily’s Place will be selling a variety of gifts and baked goods on February 4th. Shoppers will have the chance to win prizes such as a cookie decorating class and a cookie bouquet.

Murder Mystery Dinner at Little Falls

If you want to take a little road trip, The Beardsley Castle in Little Falls hosts the next Murder Mystery Dinner Theater Show on January 27th and 28th. Ticket includes dinner and show. The theme of the program is “Why do cows keep disappearing from a certain town?”

James Taylor returns to Tanglewood

James Taylor and his All-Star Band will return to Tanglewood in Lenox, Berkshire County this summer. The show is He’s July 3rd and He’s July 4th. It will be the first time since 2019 that all of his 36,000 seats will be available for two shows, according to his newschannel 13 media partner at Berkshire Eagle.
