In his new role, Heckmaster will develop his plans for the business to increase revenue and brand loyalty while improving customer satisfaction. Also works with his team members and his AC management team to create and implement effective strategies for selling value-added services to new and existing clients.
Heckmaster most recently served as Business Development Manager for a full-service community management company in the Denver area, generating over $2.1 million in management contract revenue over three years. He previously worked in sales for several developers of single-family homes. He is also an experienced Regional Association Manager and Licensed Realtor in Colorado. Heckmaster holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Phoenix.
