Ben Jumonville was selected as a partner of keen miller.

Jumonville operates in a group of businesses and companies in the company’s Baton Rouge office.

He has a BA in International Trade and Finance from LSU and a Law degree from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center. He was a Senior Associate at the Louisiana Law Review.

John Deermond I participated sterlingI work in the company’s Baton Rouge office as an advisor to the company’s commercial real estate team.

Prior to joining Sterling, DeArmond established car washes in Gonzales and Prairieville. After five years in business, he helped sell both properties.

He holds a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies from LSU.

principal Mark Ripple When Tracy Lee retired from Escue Du Mez Ripple.

Ripple joined the architecture firm’s staff in 1989, and Lee worked for the firm for 30 years.

The Young Leadership Council has appointed its Board of Directors for 2023.

Emily Hickman I participated Stone Pigman Walter Wittmann As an associate in the New Orleans office.

He has a BA in Marketing from LSU and graduated with honors from LSU’s Paul M. Hebert Law School. Hickman served as senior editor for the Louisiana Law Review and as clerk for U.S. District Judge David C. Joseph in Lafayette.

R. Chauvin Keane was selected as a partner of keen miller.

Kean works in the offshore energy and marine litigation group in the company’s New Orleans office.

He holds a BA in Political Science from Millsaps College, an MBA in Business from Else School of Management, Millsaps College, and a law degree with honors from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. Keane has served as Editor-in-Chief of the Loyola Journal of Public Interest Law and has participated in the Loyola Moot Court Program.

Dawn Laborie promoted to shareholder LaPorte CPA & Business Advisor.

Laborie is Director of Audit and Assurance Services and co-leader of the company’s non-profit industry group. She started working for LaPorte in her 2000.
